Report Motor claims

Any intentional act or accident by the owner of the insured vehicle to the vehicle or distortion or concealment of the claim documents, or and deliberately providing false information from the vehicle insurance cardholder, a third party, or a repair service provider, to obtain compensation or benefits, not due to them or others.

Below file are required to process the claims :

• - Prescription and Medical Report.
• - Paid Invoices.
• - Test Result.
• - Discharge Summary (for in-patient claims).
• - Copy of National ID /IQAMA.
• - Copy of Passport Showing Exit & Entry Stamps.
• - if treatment outside KSA.
• - IBAN Copy.

Register Medical Claim
