Mr. Al Jaser occupied many posts with the Saudi Industrial Development Funds from 1399-1415H. His last post with the Saudi Industrial Development Funds was the Director of Economical Research & Studies. Mr. Al Jaser served as the General Manager of Al Yamamah Company for Translation and Research and he served in many executive administrative posts with "Al Arab" Magazine. Additionally, he formulated and managed many companies such as Al-Riyadh Company for Minerals, Maan Al Jaser Company for Minerals, Maan Al Jaser Company for Manufacturing Wooden Closets and Al Baidaa Factory for Manufacturing Mineral Products.

Mr. Al Jaser received a Marketing Diploma from International Marketing Institute, Cambridge University, Massachusetts States, USA back in 1980 and he was awarded his BS degree in Industrial Management from the University of Petroleum & Minerals back in 1398H.
