Mr. Hussein Bayari is a co-owner and president of Al Fordaous Companies Groups, surrounding the Great Mosque in Makkah, consisting of 8 Grand Hotels with room capacities of more than one thousand rooms. He is a well established consultant and executive administrator to many of "Al Muatamereen" projects as well as a recognized real estates consultant to many giant companies specialized in the development of the real estate of the central area in Makkah.

Mr. Bayari has also worked as the Director of Abdulatif Jameel Real Estates Investment Projects Company Ltd. and supervised the preparation of Jabal Omar development plan (in Makkah).

Mr. Hessein Bayari graduated from KFUPM, College of Environment Design back in 195, majoring at urban designs and cites development.
